Terms and Conditions

The following are the conditions that govern the sale of commercial products by Bee Farm Sagl. Bee Farm Sagl reserves the right to change the terms of sale at any time without prior notice. Consumers are encouraged to carefully read the conditions each time they make a purchase from Bee Farm Sagl.

General Terms of Purchase
Product Availability
Customers may purchase only those products currently listed in the electronic catalog, available online at (URL) www.bee-farm.ch. Items selected from the virtual catalog may be purchased under the following terms.

Order Acceptance / Contract Conclusion
The purchase process will be completed through the following steps:

  1. By placing an order, the customer sends a purchase request for the selected product(s). Sending the purchase order implies consent to receive the subsequent communications described below, which are intended solely to complete and execute the sales contract.

  2. The customer receives confirmation by email of the order receipt, including an assigned "Customer Order Number" to be used in any future communication.

  3. The customer has 24 hours from placing the order online to cancel it, either by calling +41 79 ... or by sending an email to info@bee-farm.ch.

Products
The characteristics of each product are listed in the online catalog and visible during the selection and ordering process before final submission. All our products are handmade, ensuring freshness. The preferred consumption date is shown on the label of each relevant product.

Product and Shipping Prices
Prices (including VAT and any other taxes) are shown next to each product in the online catalog.

Shipping
All shipments are handled by various delivery services, primarily Planzer SA.

Shipping costs are visible in the order summary during the online checkout. The price charged will be the one shown next to the product at the time of order confirmation, plus shipping fees and VAT calculated on the order total, regardless of any later updates.

Bee Farm Sagl reserves the right to change product prices and shipping fees at any time without notice. Any updated prices become effective once published on www.bee-farm.ch and apply to all sales made thereafter.

Order Confirmation
All internet orders are confirmed shortly by email. The confirmation includes the order number, detailed product information, purchase price, sender and recipient details.

Customers are encouraged to print and save the confirmation email.
